Hi, my name is Tom Tulloch. I have been house painting in San Diego for 35 years. After seeing too many people taken advantage of by subpar painting companies, I got my contractor’s license in early 2018, and began offering residential painting in San Diego. My passion is helping people turn their vision for their home into a reality. As an owner-operator, I personally work on every project from start to finish so that I can give my customers the attention they deserve. Let’s face it, bad news travels faster than good news, so my focus is to make my customers happy and generate a lot of good news!

I do my estimates on Saturdays—and I give a 10% discount to active military. You have lots of options for painting companies in San Diego, but not many who offer the level of service of Kingdom Painting. Let’s work together to customize your kingdom!
